How to Telehealth in 100 Seconds
Preparing for your
In order for you to have a painless and uninterrupted telehealth physical therapy session please read and follow the guidelines below:
Make sure you have a quiet & well-lit empty space to move around perform any necessary exercises during the call. In addition, ensure that your computer or device that’ll be used to make the call is fully charged or plugged into power.
Please close all other internet browser tabs & windows. If you are unable to do so, make sure all video conferencing call softwares, streaming services, or any other data heavy applications are closed or turned off. If you live in a household, please ask everyone to limit the use of steaming services during the duration of your session.
If you will be using any equipment during your session (weights, foam rollers, bands, etc.) make sure that they are within reaching distance.
Finally, please click and join the telehealth session link (provided to you by our Front Desk / PT) 5-10 minutes before your allotted appointment session.
