Emily was raised in Eugene, Oregon and received her Bachelor’s in Human Physiology and double majored in Japanese from the University of Oregon. She then went on to earn a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona. Emily’s treatment approach includes promoting independence with self management techniques, educating on body mechanics and postural awareness, achieving symptom free movement, and functional strengthening focusing on proximal stability for distal mobility. Emily treats a variety of patients and likes to focus on the individual as a whole. She has training in women’s pelvic floor therapy, and enjoys treating women in all stages of life. Outside of work she loves being with friends, running and shopping. Sco ducks!
