We know that a lot of people are getting stir crazy not being able to get to a gym. While times are tough and workouts are different than we are used to, we can still be productive with our fitness while gyms are closed.

Bodyweight exercises are a great way to stay in shape. From squats to push-ups to lunges, there is an unlimited number of exercises you can do without any equipment.

If you are interested in adding some more resistance to your workout, household items can be your friend. Below is a list of common household items that can be used to stay in shape:

-Water bottles/milk jugs

-5 and 1-gallon buckets

-Broomstickmop/shower curtain rod

-Backpack to put any type of weight into

-Duffle bag/suitcase

-Sandbags/bags of rice

-Chair/step

* Get creative and use a combination of these items!
