Neisha Strait

MSPT, OCS, CSCS

Neisha originally grew up in northern Illinois.  She earned a Bachelor in Science Degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse in 1998 and a Master of Science degree from Des Moines University–Osteopathic Medical Center in 2000.  She moved to Oregon in August 2000 and has been providing PT services to the Eugene/Springfield area ever since.

Neisha is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She has additional training in treating dysfunctions of the pelvic floor.

When not working, Neisha volunteers as a coach for NICA (National Interscholastic Cycling Association) with the local Eugene Composite Mountain Bike Team.  She loves to take her knowledge from her  past experiences as a competitive dancer/dance instructor, triathlete, competitive cyclist and track and field athlete and combine that with many years of continuing education classes in order to provide a more holistic approach to patient care.
