We asked our front desk staff for some of their most frequently asked questions. They all stated that a question that comes up on a daily basis is “What insurances do we take?” Our staff already has this list basically memorized and they love talking to patients on the phone, but in the effort to save you time, here is our most recently updated list of insurances that we do and do not take.
If you still want to call our front desk just to talk to our wonderful staff, that’s fine too.
We are in network with most commercial insurance/marketplace plans:
- Aetna POS II Plans
- Cigna
- HMA
- GEHA
- Meritain
- Moda (OHSU tier 2) (not contracted with the Beacon network)
- Pacificsource
- Providence
- Regence BCBS
- UHC/UMR/UHSS
Insurances we are out of network with:
- Lifewise
- Healthnet
- EBMS – City of Salem
Insurances we are not contracted with and unable to accept:
- Kaiser
- Pacificsource Community Solutions
- OHP/Trillium
- Medicare/Medicare supplemental plan
- MedAdvantage through any Insurance company
