Tanya is a native Oregonian growing up in Salem, having had moved around Oregon, she landed in Eugene 6 years ago. Initially beginning her employment at Tensegrity she worked at the front desk while going to Lane Community College to pursue a massage therapy degree. She graduated in 2016 as an LMT. Since then Tanya has taken many continuing education learning courses in different modalities. Her current practice includes lymphatic drainage, fire cupping, medicupping, myofascial release and a foundation in swedish massage. She believes in adapting her skills to what the body presents her each session and has a holistic approach to treatment including self management of symptoms through release, stretching, mobilizing and strengthening the body. She enjoys working at Tensegrity and feels the team approach with PT’s and strength coaches sets our patients up for long term success in meeting their goals. Outside of work she enjoys pursuing her own weight training goals, hiking, biking, anything outdoors and spending time with her family.
