Cues when performing Kettlebell Swing:

  • Stand over the top of kettlebell with feet slightly wider apart than shoulder-width.
  • Bend over at hip with neutral spine reaching down to grasp kettlebell.
  • Lift kettlebell with arms straight extending knees and hips.
  • Drive hips forward and back in a swinging motion allowing kettlebell to drop between thighs and reach just below shoulder height.
