Kettlebell Deadlift

Cues when performing Kettlebell Deadlift:

  • Stand with kettlebell between feet.
  • Bend your knees just slightly and tip forward at waist pushing hips back until hands reach kettlebell.
  • Lift your chest up and straighten your lower back.
  • Take a big breath, hold it, and stand up with the weight squeezing glutes at top.
