Cues when performing IWTY:

  • Lay prone on the ball with feet on the ground for support and balance.
  • During I with arms on your side, squeeze shoulder blades together.
  • During W with elbows flexed, squeeze shoulder blades together.
  • During T with arms extended to the side, squeeze shoulder blades together.
  • During Y with arms extended overhead, squeeze shoulder blades together.
